Our projects bring together people, partners, and peer researchers to explore what helps Moray thrive. Each project starts with a real‑life question, challenge or opportunity raised by the community. We listen, learn and test ideas together, using lived experience and local knowledge to guide the work.
Projects change over time as new insights emerge, and everyone is welcome to take part — whether you want to share your story, join a workshop, or help shape the research.
